Placing an order online is very easy and you will be guided through the process. After
ordering, your payment details will be taken from your card, and you will be sent an order
acknowledgement by email confirming the products you have ordered. This is only a process
of checking and does not imply acceptance of the order.
Order acceptance and completion of the contract will only take place on the point of dispatch
of the goods ordered. We reserve the right not to accept an order due to:

If you have ordered a product that is out of stock, we will notify you and try to get the product to you as soon as possible. We will keep you informed as to the likely delivery date and you may cancel the order if you prefer.
Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 working days. However, as this is a personal business, there may be occasions when I am away from home for a few days and therefore orders may take longer to be processed, however they will be dispatched no later than 7-10 working days from the time of the order.
Shipping costs will be calculated for you at the time of checkout.
All our payments are processed via Stripe/paypal. We do not have access to your card
details, and all your personal details are collected by Stripe/paypal.
I hope you are happy with your purchase, however you may cancel your order (without giving
a reason) within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must then return the goods at your own
expense, in the original packaging where possible. Please allow up to 30 days for any refunds
due to clear in your account.
